This Communications Consent Policy explains how Temamila Group LLC, doing business as SmartDeal365 ("SmartDeal365," "we," "us," or "our"), contacts people who submit their information through https://smartdeal365.com (the "Platform"), and how you can stop those communications at any time.

  3. Text messages and calls may be sent or placed using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system, and calls may include prerecorded or artificial voice messages, including AI-assisted voice agents, where permitted by law.

  5. You agree to our Terms of Service (https://smartdeal365.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://smartdeal365.com/privacy).

Your consent applies to the phone number you provided even if that number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list.

2. Program Details for Text Messages

  • Program description: deal alerts matching your Buy Box, responses to your inquiries, appointment reminders, and updates about deals and events.
  • Message frequency varies. It depends on deal availability and your activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
  • To opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further marketing messages will be sent.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. How to Stop Communications

You may withdraw your consent at any time, using any reasonable method, including:

  • Text: reply STOP (or "unsubscribe," "cancel," "end," "quit").
  • Email: click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
  • Phone: tell our team member that you do not want to be contacted again.
